GETTING STARTED

It's easy! Reach out via email (foldeasyhomeservices@gmail.com), text, phone, or Instagram DM.

Tell us what service you need, and we'll schedule a convenient pickup time or session.

For laundry services, you can send us a photo of your laundry pile to get an approximate estimate of required bag size.

We proudly serve all of Calgary (NW, NE, SW, SE) and surrounding communities within 30km. We run scheduled routes throughout the week to ensure convenient pickup and delivery times for everyone.

Not necessarily! Many of our clients leave their laundry in a designated spot (porch, garage, building lobby) and we coordinate a contactless pickup. For delivery, we can do the same. For in-home services like ironing or organization, yes, someone should be home.

Absolutely! We handle:

- Sheets, pillowcases, duvet covers

- Towels and bath mats

- Kitchen linens

LAUNDRY SERVICES

Absolutely!

We treat your laundry as we would our own.

We separate by:

We use high-quality, commercial-grade detergents that are tough on stains but gentle on fabrics.

We offer:

- Standard detergent (included)

- Eco-friendly/natural detergent

- Your own detergent (if you prefer)

Yes! 

-Silk, cashmere, wool, and delicate fabrics

- Dress shirts and blouses

- Items requiring special attention

- Anything you'd normally hand wash

Let us know in advance which items need special care.

While we take extreme care with every item, accidents can happen. We will repair or replace any item damaged due to our error. Please notify us within 24 hours of delivery so we can address it immediately.

We don't offer traditional dry cleaning, but our Premium Garment Care service handles many items people typically dry clean (dress shirts, blouses, delicate fabrics). For true dry-clean-only items, we can recommend trusted local partners.

Yes, when available:

- 24-hour rush service: +$15

- Same-day service: +$25 (subject to availability)

HOME ORGANIZATION SERVICES

Our process is collaborative and judgment-free:

Not at all! We'll assess your space first and work with what you have. If storage solutions would help, we'll make recommendations, but we focus on maximizing your existing space before suggesting purchases.

Yes! Our organization services work for:

It depends on the space and the level of clutter:

- Simple refresh: 2 hours

- Full closet overhaul: 3-4 hours

- Multiple spaces: 4-6 hours

- Whole home: Multiple sessions


We'll give you an honest estimate based on photos or a brief consultation.

We're happy to help with donations! We can:

- Sort items into donation-ready bags/boxes

- Provide recommendations for local charities

- Load items into your vehicle

- Coordinate donation pickup (some services offer this)

We don't transport donations ourselves, but we make the process as easy as possible.

SCHEDULING & LOGISTICS

Laundry Service: We pick up twice in a week.

Organization Services:

Available most days by appointment, including some evenings and weekends.

- Laundry services: 24-48 hours preferred

- Organization sessions: 3-5 days preferred

- Rush service: Same-day or next-day (when available, additional fee applies)

During busy seasons (back-to-school, holidays, etc.), we recommend booking a week in advance.

Absolutely!

We offer:

- Weekly laundry plans (save 10%)

- Bi-weekly pickup

- Monthly organization sessions


Recurring clients get priority scheduling and exclusive discounts.

Just let us know! We're flexible and understand that schedules change.

Please give us at least 24 hours notice when possible to avoid cancellation fees.

- E-transfer (preferred!)

- New clients: Payment at pickup or start of service

- Regular clients: Invoice sent after service, due within 48 hours

- Subscription plans: Auto-charged weekly/monthly

- If you're not happy with our laundry service, we'll re-do it free or refund you

- For organization sessions, we work until you're satisfied with the result

- Just let us know within 24 hours
